Terms & Conditions

Appointment Policy:
Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance to secure their preferred time slot. Clients are required to pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure their appointment. We understand that unexpected delays can occur.

Therefore, we offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. However, to maintain efficiency and accommodate all clients, arrivals beyond 10 minutes may require appointment adjustments or rescheduling. If the appointment cannot be carried out due to lateness, it will be considered as a no-show and 100% of the fee will be charged.

Cancellation Policy:
Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a 100% cancellation fee. Clients will not be able to reschedule until this fee is paid.

Payment Terms:
Payment is accepted in cash, debit/credit cards, bank transfer or mobile payment methods such as Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Service Guarantee:
We strive to provide high-quality services and ensure client satisfaction. If a client is dissatisfied with any aspect of their service, they are encouraged to notify us immediately for resolution. Within a week of the initial service, any resolution will be provided free of charge.

After this period, resolutions may be subject to a fee or could require the service to be charged as a full service, depending on the circumstances.

Health and Safety:
Our salon adheres to strict health and safety standards, including regular sanitation of tools and workstations. Disposable single-use items are used whenever possible, and all non-disposable tools are sterilized between clients.

Age Restrictions:
Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for our services.

Allergy and Sensitivity:
Clients are advised to inform their nail technician of any medication, health problems, allergies or sensitivities to products or ingredients before the service begins.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are available if a client is dissatisfied with a service, provided they communicate their concern within 48 hours of the appointment and have already attended a complimentary follow-up appointment for correction.

Privacy Policy:
Client information is kept confidential and is only used for salon-related purposes in accordance with the Data Protection Act (2018).

Pricing:
A detailed price list is available for all services offered, including any additional charges for nail art, upgrades, or removal of existing product.

Gift Cards, Discounts and Promotions:
Gift cards are available for purchase and can be redeemed for services or retail products. They have an expiry date of 6 months from purchase. Promotions and special offers are subject to availability and may have specific terms & conditions.

Client Conduct:
Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards salon staff and other clients.
Disruptive behaviour may result in termination of services and full charge of their service fee.

Liability Waiver:
Clients acknowledge that certain nail services involve inherent risks, such as allergic reactions or damage to natural nails, and release the salon from any liability.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:
The salon reserves the right to update or modify these terms & conditions at any time, with notification provided to clients via email, social media or posted notices in the salon.
